My goal is to teach and guide you through our work together, but also to empower you to take what you learn and use it--that is to say, I want you to take an active role in making your goals happen. I'm here to broaden your understanding of the role food and nutrition play in your health and well-being and to help you to create a plan to achieve your goals, no matter what those might be. I also aim to provide accountability and encouragement.
In my practice, I aim to develop a working relationship with each of my clients, in order to create a space where you can feel comfortable and confident, and ultimately to help you get the most out of our time together.
